Return/Return/Exchange Policy


Hi there,

We do not allow refunds or exchanges for:

Change of mind / interest / flavors after shipping your order
No exchange/refund request will be entertained if product is not to your expectation based on taste preferences.


For Delivery Orders

It is the responsibility of customers who purchase our products to check the quantity and quality of their delivered order upon receiving it from our third-party logistics provider. Any discrepancies should be reported within 5 working days from the date of delivery.

We will only allow refunds for:

Delivery Discrepancies
- Failure of our third-party logistics partner to fulfil the order
- Damage of item during delivery by third-party logistics partner
- Wrong product delivered
- Incorrect Order Quantity

As most process are done by people,
We will do our best to make sure our products are accurately and securely packed for you in good condition
However we understand there maybe possible packing error or damage during the transit of parcel.
We believe in no abuse workplace policy from customers.

We will arrange a courier to deliver/retrieve the exchange/missing items as soon as possible after we have verified your case.

Delivery of Defective Products
Product received is of unsatisfactory quality / has a manufacturing defect / Product Near Expiry (less than 1 month)
