Do you have sugar-free options?

Our products are crafted with naturally lower sugar and contain no artificial sweeteners.  While many sugar-free items in the market rely on artificial sweeteners, we choose a more natural approach and ensure our snacks remain both enjoyable and thoughtfully made with your well-being in mind.

Can I mix and match flavors in the gift box sets?

Once your parcel has been packed and handed over to the courier, changes can no longer be made.

Are your products halal certified?

Yes. All our products are officially halal certified. They contain no gelatin or animal derived ingredients, and are made entirely from fruits and plant based ingredients. Suitable for vegetarians and for those who prefer cleaner treats.

How many can we consume per day?

There are no artificial sweeteners used, and there is no strict daily limit. As with all foods, enjoying them in moderation is always a good rule of thumb. Stay Safe Stay Healthy :)

Why is the outer layer not sweet?

It is not coated with sugar nor moldy. The outer layer is simply a light dusting of edible flour (rice flour) to prevent the candies from sticking together.

Are these suitable for diabetics?

Yes, as they are lower in sugar and made with natural malt. Still, moderation is recommended.

Are these suitable for vegetarians?

Yes, all of our products are plant-based ingredients only, with no gelatin content.

Can children eat these?

Yes. As long as they are able to chew comfortably. There is a slight mint note, so younger children may want to try a small piece first.

How many can we eat per day? Is there a limit?

There is no fixed limit for an average person, though we do not recommend finishing more than one can a day.

For diabetics, a suggested intake of 5 to 6 pieces a day is advisable.

Do I have to refrigerate it?

No refrigeration is needed. Moisture may form in the fridge, which affects texture. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Can people with medical conditions eat this?

Yes, as this is not a medicine. Please consult physician if you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication.

What is the estimated delivery time? (Local & International)

For local orders within Singapore and Malaysia, deliveries are handled by third party logistics partners such as J&T Express and Ninjavan.

Under normal circumstances, delivery takes about 5 to 7 working days.

If you need your order urgently, please contact us directly and we will assist where possible.

For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination country and its local logistics network.

As a general guide:

  • Asian countries: 7 to 10 working days
  • Other regions: 15 to 21 working days or more

How much is domestic shipping charges (Singapore)?

  • Orders above $40: Free shipping
  • Orders $39.99 and below: $4 delivery fee

How can I apply the discount code?

Why is my discount code sometimes not reflected in the cart?

Most discount codes only apply at the checkout page, not in the cart. The system will prompt a field for you to enter the code during checkout, and the discount will be updated in the final order summary.

My discount code is expired. Can I request an extension?

Extensions are handled on a case by case basis.
